Fernando Pauwels studied sociology at the Catholic University of Leuven (K.U.Leuven) and graduated in 1999. He also obtained a master in applied economics at the Department of Applied Economics of the Catholic University of Leuven (K.U.Leuven). In 2001, he started working as a research associate at HIVA in the work and organisation sector. At the moment, his main research interest concerns organisational learning processes within the chemical industry.
